Caron was very professional in handling all the tasks. At the same time, she made herself so available to us. Even with her busy schedule, she always got back to us with prompt responses to all our questions and requests. She also gave us great insights and encouraged us when needed. All in all, she has helped us tremendously throughout this whole process, and I think everything was a breeze because of her experience and knowledge in real estate. We are so glad she was our agent! In this inventory constrained housing market with homes receiving multiple offers within 24 hours of listing, Caron was able to guide us through purchasing a home, getting our first offer accepted! We were dreading having to make offer after offer and getting outbid, but she worked her magic with the listing agent and sellers, finding out what they needed to make our offer stand out. The great service continued all the way through the process, ensuring an easy closing. Even with the new commission structure coming in the future, I will still 100% recommend her as a buyer's agent. She was essential in us being able to buy a home.

Before listing my property, I researched many, many local realtors to find just the right person to list my condo in Rochester. Caron’s reviews by previous clients were very impressive to say the least. Her web sight was very informative and easy to navigate. It became clear to me right away that she is accomplished, professional and at the top of her field. I reached out to her and she responded to my inquiry right away. Within a few hours, we were sitting at my dining room table chatting about life. It was like sitting with a friend. I immediately felt comfortable and knew right away that I could trust her. Within a few days, beautiful photos were taken and a very professional and impressive brochure and listing was created. Two days later, the listing was introduced to the public and went live on line. Caron and her team did everything to ensure my property was marketed, presented and set up for a successful sale. Mission accomplished…it SOLD Day One! I have never written a review about a realtor before; reason being, I never felt compelled to until now. Caron is fantastic. All I can say is list with Caron with confidence! You will not be disappointed and I’m sure you will find yourself writing a rave and glowing review about her and her team as well!
