great inspection with Josh, however a poor referral to HIP Mould remediation, who I would never use again as they were extremely unprofessional in their dealings and abusive to my client, leaving her in tears. Again, Josh was great! I already complained to the manager of Carson and Dunlop about HIP MOuld remediation. Regards [NAME REMOVED]

Very quick turnaround of the report after the evaluator was finished his work. One thing to maybe look at was we received a follow up call for our payment before we even received the email with the link to make the payment so somehow the process was off a bit. Anyhow overall really helpful having the report so quickly.
