Gordon Matthew's is a true professional. He explains all his findings. He makes sure that the buyer understands what they should be concerned about vs what is nothing but maintenance that went unattended and how to remedy the situation. You answered the phone call. There was a live person to talk to and was able to make arrangements for a inspection. Jim was on time and explained things so that I would understand. He recommended some things to do when speaking to him and put it in his report. The report was easy to go through and the extra parts helped to make things understandable.
