Caryn was amazing!! We gave a wish list to her and she delivered! We saw 7 houses on our first day and we happened to fall in love with the first house. Caryn was able to submit an offer that got accepted that same night and she made the whole buying process a complete breeze start to finish! We closed on time and love our new home!

Well, I may be a bit biased as I am related to Caryn, but our experience was nothing short of amazing. We made lots of memories, seen lots of houses, to end up with the most perfect starter home! She drove up to Midland every time we seen a house on the market that we wanted to look at, and from writing an offer on our house to closing day she was there for us every step of the way with amazing communication of what was going on and what needed to be done! It was amazing! I highly recommend her and her preferred lender, Bill, for your home needs!

Caryn stepped into an already bad situation when dealing with my home. I had already had my home listed for 50 days with a realtor who did nothing to help promote the sale of my home. She handled every single step with 100% professionalism. We removed my property from the market. She took new pictures, staged my home, made some adjustments and said “we’re ready to go live!” Within ONE HOUR I accepted an offer on my home. With every hurdle that surfaced, she handled it with grace and again, PURE professionalism. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smooth as it could.
