Location is excellent for me. Hours of availablity, great programs- group fitness classes, YThrive a great program. Facility well cared for very accessible. Staff very professional and great to deal with. Women’s Plus’s Locker Room a great perk

instructor are friendly, the only thing is after the lessons it get too crowded in the shower. the co-ed is kind of smelly. they should not do the the lessons finish at the same time at have half an hour in between.

My kids really enjoy swim lessons at Castle Downs YMCA because the instructors are patient and encouraging, the environment is welcoming, and kids feel more confident in the water each time

It's a very welcoming, happy experience. You are doing good things for your body, and there is no pressure from anybody. You challenge yourself, and as time goes by, you get fitter and feel better about what you can do.
