Trying to sell a home is difficult, much less from 2,000 miles away. Cathy was a dream to work with. She went out of her way to help us with the "little things" ensuring the home was staged beautifully and the outside was welcoming. She took every step to necessary to market the home from talking with neighbors before she listed to holding multiple houses. Within one week of the listing and numerous showings we received 2 over asking offers. Cathy is amazing, don't hesitate to hire her.
