The people there are what makes a difference. I have been a customer for years and the warm and friendly greeting I always get will ensure that I won't be going anywhere else. My husband, who is an amputee has taken on our "cleaners" duties lately since I got a second job and have been unable to go as often as I life. He came home talking about how nice everyone was and how they asked about "[FIRST NAME REMOVED]"...yes they know me and other customers by first name. He also stated how helpful and concerned they were...even getting the clothes out of the car for him and carrying our cleaned clothes to the car for him. They didn't want him to hurt himself especially being on crutches in the snow and ice....He says they always look out for him which makes going to the cleaners a pleasure and not a burden. This is just another example of how their customer service and professionalism is TOP NOTCH.
It's close, convenient and you do a great job. Staff is very friendly. However, sometimes I receive a text alert, sometimes I don't. This really needs to be addressed. Either send alerts or don't, guessing blows.
