The 3 employees at the front desk stopped their conversation, looked up and greeted me with a smile and a good morning in the first 7 seconds I was through the front door. That felt really nice on an really grumpy day!!! I also stopped to ask directions and the employee walked around the corner and held the door open to your experience room. Kudos to your early morning staff for making my experience top knotch!

I've found the staff to be friendly and the facilities more than up to the task of getting me back into shape again. I use the swimming pool 2-3 times a week and appreciate the cleanliness and safety. Looking forward to exploring more of what the Y offers!
