The trainers, class leaders, front desk, maintenance staff - all are friendly and supportive. I am always greeted when I arrive and acknowledged when I leave. First class aqua instructors in Kate, Laurie, and Dora. They are knowledgeable and engaging. There is a community within the adult aqua classes - a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks also for the monthly adult luncheon and even the would-you-rather surveys in the front lobby.
I would give you a ten except some of the facilities are a bit worn. And there could be more showers in the women's locker room.
I'd let you share my name to promote the Y, but my son works there, so it seems a bit disingenuous.
Its close to home for myself & family.
Enough equipment/activities to keep all age groups of my family busy.
Friendly & Helpful Staff.
Clean amenities.
The overall upkeep needs some attention. The landscaping around the parking lots is shabby. Some of the bathroom fixtures are rusting and wearing out.
A bit of Capital needs to be committed to the facility and grounds.
The pool is wonderful and the aqua variety class is like getting physical therapy! Thanks to instructor Kate and the “divas and dudes” who make everyone feel welcome to class!
Welcomed at the desk. I asked for assistance on where my Pilates class was located and staff was very helpful. Julie was a very friendly instructor as she approached us and welcomed us.
The open concept of the layout provides creative interactions with others as well as making equipment generally available for working out at any time in a day.

I like the 10:00 class of exercise for age 50 +. The instructor is wonderful, and it makes for a good workout as when finished I feel as if I've done good for my body.
Also, I love Wednesday's euchre gathering and the free coffee!
The upstairs is good too as they have the machines I can use and the dumbbell area and the stretching area are very useful.
The front counter people are smiling and welcoming.
There’s a real community down there. In many cases, people who have worked out there for decades, and have built a sense of camaraderie - we can encourage each other in our health goals, as well.
Literally everything! I love how they have private locker rooms. Their team at the Central Y is always ready to assist those in need or to simply answer a question. They're always very friendly and kind!
I'd also would like to give a very special shout out to the Y-Care team morning and evening shifts. They do an outstanding job looking after not only my child but others as well!
Staff are very pleasant people and service available for work out for Adults as well as gym for kids basketball awesome. Only wish had a rowing machine and sauna but still awesome family place
I WISH YOU HAD A PUBLIC PLACE TO HANG COATS WHILE ON THE TRACK AND EXCERISE AREA. THERE IS A GOOD LOCATION NEAR THE ENRERANCE TO THE TRACK TO THE RIGHT. i SUGGESTED THIS A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN ... BUT NOT YET.
