We have used Culligan for our whole house filter as well as our under the sink reverse osmosis filter, and have been extremely happy with the customer service as well as the purchased filter systems. However, we are now receiving a water delivery through the Kings grant, and I have one small "unhappy" to report. We do not use a floor stand for our bottles, as we do not have the space in our home to accommodate that. We have a battery powered pump that we place on top of the bottle. The Culligan bottles are impossible to "poke a hole" in the top, so now we are removing the full plastic seal - this isn't easy, either. We have to use pliers to do this.
