I love being able to play squash. The squash community is such a welcoming group of people and there are lots of options to play in ladders and leagues and small groups.

All the group classes are really good, I never get bored and I can challenge myself. The instructors are amazing. They are so encouraging and they make everyone in the class feel welcome. I've never been to group classes like this where many of the participants know eachother by name! I think that truly reflects the spirit of the Y.

I love how the centre has a variety of classes and a big space. I have everything membership and I love the women plus room. Also, now with a baby they provide a place to leave our kids so we can use the facility. I'm very grateful for that! I totally recomend it.

The instructors make them fun. One is not judged by one’s abilities or inabilities. You do what you can. Most programs are offered when I can take advantage of them. I look forward to the next class.
