I love how the centre has a variety of classes and a big space. I have everything membership and I love the women plus room. Also, now with a baby they provide a place to leave our kids so we can use the facility. I'm very grateful for that! I totally recomend it.

The instructors make them fun. One is not judged by one’s abilities or inabilities. You do what you can. Most programs are offered when I can take advantage of them. I look forward to the next class.

I love the centre branch y! I am an everything member and I love the group classes, weight area, and the women’s plus change room. That change room is a big reason I joined the Y rather than just occasional day passes. The sauna, showers, machines and weight area and towel service are all great!

Very clean and not like the north stoney creek ymca location which is very filthy and dirty.

Drop off program is available now and the swimming for babies The tree house is great for lil ones Overall the YMCA pretty decent The only thing I’m disappointed about is the steam sauna seems to be under repair for time to time 😟
