I bought a Trek Dual Sport. Extremely good customer service. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had the right size bike, adjusted it to fit and made sure everything was in perfect working order. I also asked many questions and the sales staff were both patient and professional with me. They gave me a good deal of advice and information about my new bike.

I went to take advantage of the clearance sale and could not be happier with the sales and service! The sales staff was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me to a bike I didn't want. When I decided to purchase, they took the bike into the shop and went over it and did all the fine tuning so it was ready to ride. I highly recommend Champaign Cycle and I'll be back for all my biking needs
