The place is kept clean . Machines are newer and there is a good variety. But. You need to enforce the no cell phone calls in the exercise area. People have no gym etiquette. Or put more signs.

I've been to Planet Fitness locations in several states, and by far this is still my favorite location. Employees never miss a beat. They're friendly (both coming and going), keep the place in tip top shape, and always helpful. The location is spaced well, has an ample amount of benches, and gives great energy. The manager Jeff, is friendly and informative, and has a done great job in upgrading and replacing machines to keep site useful for members. I've never had a bad experience in this location. I also like that this location has Les Mills bicycles, which makes for a great cardio experience. In comparison, at other locations, employees are on their phones, talking to each other and ignoring members. Take for instance Ahwatukee location, where one toilet is always broken. Or the 40th/Thomas location, where it's poorly ventilated, and equipment locations are spaced/planned poorly.

Your Staff is really on their toes, cleaning up, stocking the paper towels, getting to know members + greeting them and bidding them a great day. Rarely is there any complaints of any kind, I like it so much we are planning to renew our membership.
