As a 1st time dog owner coming into this store for the 1st time, I really appreciated the time the assistant manager spent with me and shared her in-depth of knowledge of each product. I felt like this store vetted out all the products and concentrated on top quality/the best foods and treats, so I didn't feel like I had to do more research. I really trusted their insight and items they sold.

I have a suggestion, I think it would be so wonderful if Chuck and Dons would improve their business by having the reputation and serving those in need in the community, by offering cat adoptions at a reduced rate, for those with a disability and need,with a doctor's prescription for an emotional support animal. Though it's pricier than other pet stores, Chuck & Don's in Chanhassen has a great vibe and attentive service. The rewards also keep me coming in. I commend Anya in particular for her cheerfulness. It's really nice to see a young person with a great, helpful attitude.

I was helped by Grace today. I was looking for a new food for my very picky Morkie. She patiently showed me many options, expertly giving me advice and explaining the differences and benefits between the various foods. She didn’t automatically steer me to the most expensive food, which I appreciated. She listened to my concerns, what my pup liked, and made sure I was confident in the choice I made. I am happy to report that my picky dog loved the food and the bone broth she suggested. You have a great employee in Grace and a great representative for Chuck and Dons. She knows her stuff!
