My real estate agent was wonderful. I had mixed results with the Concierge Service. I was assigned a Concierge representative who stood me up on our overly-confirmed first phone appointment. All of a sudden another Concierge representative stepped in, and he has been fine. But there was some confusion before that.

I'd say whether it's your first home or 10th investment property, Chip is the right man for the job. Nothing short of an amazing realtor and an excellent agent, he was recommended to me by my attorney and I would too after working with him. Chip's experience in the business is invaluable and his guidance through out the process will make you feel like a pro. His negotiation skills, responsiveness and attention to detail is beyond exceptional. He even connected me to a lender and other key personnel that helped secure my first investment property during a very difficult housing market. Without a doubt, I would 100% recommend Chip for all things relating to real estate.
