Charlestown Place is nestled in a lovely setting The staff meets visitors pleasantly and engages patrons throughout the facility with kindness and attentiveness. The facility is clean, decorative and well maintained inside rooms and public areas. The grounds are well kept and provide a safe and serene garden area for the residents to enjoy. The professional staff is knowledgeable and helpful with ongoing progress and information. Our family is delighted with the level of care Charlestown Place staff provides for our loved one.
Everyone was very helpful and concerned about my dad. Very clean always and the outdoor spaces were nice and my dad enjoyed them when we could get him to go (he's stubborn).
Short term care is where my mom is due to a car accident she had.
Workers there are friendly.
Helpful.
It's nice that you do have short term care. Other places don't for car accidents.
The activities you offer are also nice.
At first I was a little worried. But soon those worries went away. I am very happy with my choice to come here..Day two I knew I made the right choice for my post op care. I think I'm on the right road for my recovery.
My aunt lives there and she is thriving. The staff has been wonderful to her. She has made many friends there, most of which are staff members. It is too bad that they seem to be short-handed most of the time, but the staff tries hard to give good service. They work long hours on their feet but somehow still remain cheerful. The facility is very very clean, bright. And cheerful. If I had to make a suggestion it would be for a drink / snack cart to circulate one time each evening
around the facility. I think the residents would really look forward to that.
So far EVERYONE is nice..its a clean place..but they could come to the rooms FASTER..I know so times when people are yelling and asking for help all the time gets old..but for the most parts the experience has been very good and thank you all for that
Staff and therapy personnel are bc very thoughtful and caring. They do a very nice job of seeing to your needs and answering any questions about your care.
