Short term care is where my mom is due to a car accident she had. Workers there are friendly. Helpful. It's nice that you do have short term care. Other places don't for car accidents. The activities you offer are also nice.

At first I was a little worried. But soon those worries went away. I am very happy with my choice to come here..Day two I knew I made the right choice for my post op care. I think I'm on the right road for my recovery.

My aunt lives there and she is thriving. The staff has been wonderful to her. She has made many friends there, most of which are staff members. It is too bad that they seem to be short-handed most of the time, but the staff tries hard to give good service. They work long hours on their feet but somehow still remain cheerful. The facility is very very clean, bright. And cheerful. If I had to make a suggestion it would be for a drink / snack cart to circulate one time each evening around the facility. I think the residents would really look forward to that.

Everyone, staff and residence are very pleasant and welcoming

So far EVERYONE is nice..its a clean place..but they could come to the rooms FASTER..I know so times when people are yelling and asking for help all the time gets old..but for the most parts the experience has been very good and thank you all for that

Friendly, caring & responsive to problems or concerns

Everyone I’ve felt with here has been nothing but nice to me and the therapists do a fantastic job.

Already have my momma!

Friendly people

It is clean, odor free, and has knowledgeable staff. Rehab department is great. People here really work to make you happy with your care

My mother was very prescient and prepared for the future. Many years ago she purchased a long-term care policy to care for her when she could no longer do it for herself and to protect her limited assets. She also did due diligence on assisted living facilities in her area. She picked, which was at that time, Providence DiversaCare, because she is a devout Catholic. As her oldest son and POA, we want her to be content in her remaining life. We are concerned about the precipitous increases in her daily care fee at 102 years old. We need to get some consideration for that in reducing this considerable expense. Thank you

Very nice and well run. They care about there patients.

The staff are very polite and friendly. The therapy staff are knowledgeable and have a lot of patience. Food is pretty good although at times you don't get enough.
