It was my first time trying the Parking Spot. Reserving and paying online was easy, arrival to the lot and parking was also easy. The shuttle service had minimal wait time and got me to the terminal quickly. I would definitely do the Parking Spot again, it was half the cost of the airport parking !

EVERYTHiNG !!! Easy to get to Nice and helpful staff who reflect that they enjoy what they do I recommend parking spot to everyone I know. I wish all airports had a parking spot. LOVE being dropped at car as a women traveling alone often in the dark. -feel safe.

When I arrived, I was greeted and told where I could find an open spot. I drove down to that spot and Phil was already waiting there for me. He helped me get my luggage out of the car and into the shuttle. Upon my return, the shuttle was already at the door. Eli helped me get my luggage into the shuttle and promptly took me back to my car. The before and after of a long trip was made so easy thanks to your team. Thank you so much!!

Convenient and Great people providing service. However for the first time the scanner system that operates the gates failed. Additonally the system wanted to bill me for covered when I only hade uncovered. Gratefully the attendant straightened the error out expeditiously.
