I was in parking for a week, and I have to say how impressed I was with the facility. I left my driver's side window down in covered parking. Not realizing it until I got back not one thing was touched in my car. I was hoping to get a survey so you could know how happy that there was no vandalism, and everything was intact. The service has significantly improved since the last time I used your services. I would also like to acknowledge Raymond, who picked us up from the airport. His personality and customer service was exceptional. He took my luggage off the van and placed it in my trunk without me asking. This is the first time any of your drivers have ever done this.
