Charyl is not only very friendly but she really wanted to find me the perfect new home. After telling her what I would like, she found me many place that fit my criteria. When I didn't "feel like it was the one" she didn't get discouraged, she listened to me and found more for me to look at. Then we found the perfect place and she walked me through the whole closing process. No question was dumb and she always encouraged me to ask. All in all, the whole process was an enjoyable experience. Not only did I get the perfect house I also got a great friend, and I look forward to her being in my life from now on.

Charyl has helped us sell two homes in the last few years. One sold for over asking and the other was sold for asking. Both homes were sold in one day my wife and I found Charyl very easy to work with. She was always available if she didn’t answer the call, she’d get back to you promptly.
