Chelsea explained everything to me as the process of house hunting was going on and during the buying process. She never made me feel like any question I had was a dumb question. Her experience shows and so many things that needed to be completed, she took on the task and did lots of extra work to help me and to make this whole process easier for me. From the very first time meeting Chelsea, I could sense that she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her credentials are unmatched and you can tell that she loves what she does. She went above and beyond for me with prepping my house and finding a contractor that fixed all my house issues to get it "show ready", and at a reasonable price. She's not afraid to get her hands dirty and literally cleaned part of my house. Since this was my first home selling experience, I had a LOT of questions and I could call or text her and she always got back to me quickly. She worked really hard and helped me through the highs and lows of getting offers that ended up falling through due to something found during inspection. I consider her a friend and would 100% recommend Chelsea to anyone!!

Chelsea’s expertise and knowledge of the market was apparent at our first meeting. I was nervous about selling my house because we had some serious time constraints working against us.
