Chuck and Don’s is my go-to for all my fur babies dietary necessities. They are up to date on all the latest nutritious food, I can find most any food I have seen that I want to try for my very picky little ones. My two would rather not eat (contrary to what the vet said) than eat something they do not like. After much trial and error the staff at C&D’s helped me find a food that they have both been eating for over 6 months, cleaning their bowls eating - it’s a miracle! I applaud the staff for their knowledge about their inventory. From toys designed with a dog’s color blind sight to healthy treats and more Chuck and Don’s never disappoints.

The crew that works there, no matter what day, are always eager to help me. I use a wheelchair and some of the aisles are difficult to maneuver but the crew will reach what I need. They always open the doors as well. My service dog expects treats at the counter and they have ones that she eats or will try. We got there once a week as a date day and truly look forward to the experience.

The staff is always both helpful and attentive to a customer coming through their doors. You shop at some box stores, and you have to fill out a missing person’s report because nobody is to be found. My only complaint is quality of some merchandise bought back in late April, early May, and it turns out to be crappy product. Our previous harness lasted about five years before looking its age. Your product took approximately four months to look like crap. I will continue to shop at Chuck & Don’s, but be hesitant to buy some products. Thank you Mitchell [LAST NAME REMOVED]
