Staff is always wonderful, but my experience was taken to another level with a staff member last week. I was looking for a new brand of dogfood and this person (I unfortunately did not get her name), went above and beyond, explaining with high level understanding about each product she recommended. Truly fantastic customer service! This company stands out from the rest on every level in pet products!
