Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and if they are not knowledgeable about a particular issue, they always seek someone with more expertise. They are flexible about many issues and try to accommodate having each customer get their choices at the best price available within the system. Theya re able to special products not usually at their store but may be at another location.
