I am very pleased with my recent experience at the Cherry Hill, NJ Trek shop. I came in looking for a replacement handlebar mount for an Electra basket. The basket is a few years old, and I was concerned that the mount might no longer be available, as I didn’t see any of the baskets in the shop. The Trek associate carefully searched availability on a computer, came up empty, and then decided to look in the back of the shop just in case there was one on hand. A couple of minutes later he came out with one, and I was on my way with exactly what I needed for the reasonable price of $25.
