All staff that assisted me through the purchasing process at Trek Cherry Hill were extremely professional, kind, and thorough. The store is clean, attractive, and well-organized. The staff member that helped me select the right model for purchase listened to my needs and found a bike that met my budget/skill-level. When the bike was on back-order, the store associates were very attentive and provided updates throughout the process. Upon picking up my bike, the staff ensured I had all the safety equipment needed and installed a kick-stand right there in store. The bike is beautiful and I will recommend Trek to anyone who will listen! Thank you!

Jake, in Cherry Hill, Nj was informative, kind and professional. The bike I brought in, is old, weathered and under $1,000. Jake didn’t judge my beat up but loved bike. He, of course, believed safety and fit was important but just getting on a bike and cycling is the goal. Everyone I interacted was helpful and polite.

Mostly it’s the team in cherry hill— Jake and TP and the gang are the best at what they do. I am never disappointed in service and their knowledge is professional level. They all ride over there— road and mountain and their advice is invaluable. It’s nice to just stop in and chat with people who love biking as much as I do— they are the best!!
