The Cherry Hill store sales and service staff, Adam and Lawrence, were top notch both in their dealings with my wife and I as first time Trek clients and in their expert knowledge of the Trek products, cycling in general and what constitutes a safe bike and safe cycling experience, exceptional. They assisted us through the entire purchase process all the way to helping us load the two new Trek bikes onto our bike carrier to advising us on the needed repairs to a personal bike we brought in for evaluation.
