We came in because Trek bikes are high-quality and have a stellar reputation. We knew roughly which model I wanted, but needed to test them out and check the size. Laurence was incredibly helpful with choosing the best bike and accessories for my rides. He gave great advice and made us feel welcome throughout the process. He answered all of our questions and was helpful without being pushy. The Trek store was the best place to try models and find the right fit while getting expert advice.

Before I even made it through the door, they were already opening it for my son and me as we dropped off a bike for service. Both guys were incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly know their stuff. What started as a simple service visit somehow ended with me walking out with a brand-new bike for my other son! I won’t go anywhere else.

I've found the service and personnel here to be top-notch. While I've often frequented "neighborhood" bike shops, I've been impressed with the staff here on each visit. They helped me with installation of cleats on some bike shoes (purchased elsewhere) at no charge. Which led me to bring my Trek in for a tune-up. I did not feel like I was being sold anything that I did not need. And they offered good advice.
