We never felt uncertain or unsure about our status or our next steps. We always felt like we were her only clients. The one on one interaction was always fantastic as well. She knows the market and has a lot of experience. She earned our trust early during a previous transaction and one before that. This is my third time having Cheryl work with us through a home sale / purchase. I would never think to even call anyone else.
