There are alot of exercise equipment to work out on, but I mostly walk the track My wife does Silver Sneakers exercise! Unfortunately, they only have it two days a week now. Not sure why other classes that the instructors taught have canceled, causing some of the Silver Sneakers classes to cancel. Wish they had 4 days again.

The cleanliness of the establishment, rules that are implemented to everyone, and the wide variety of options for any type of workout. Whether it's a group class, on your own, swimming, very happy I moved in down the street and able to attend here.
