Everything, from I’m booking to picking up and leaving. They are all friendly and very accommodating, and the drivers are also very helpful. I also love the app points, and would recommend anyone who is needing to park to fly to Midway fix the parking spot!

This parking venue is absolutely wonderful. You pull in and park your vehicle. Shuttle picks you up at your car and gives you a ticket to locate your car upon return. after getting your luggage, shuttle is prompt in pickup to return you to your car. Polite and helpful drivers;

First of all I drove right by the scanner without using the sheet I printed off with the QR Code..........duh, and the young lady in the booth was very kind, took my paper, walked out of the booth and scanned it, with out an attitude, and with a smile. The pick up and ride to/from Midway was excellent. Very timely, very little waiting.

It’s easy to book online and I get to choose where I park my car. Also I don’t have to leave my keys. The shuttle picks me up and drops me back directly at my car and I didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle either way. The shuttle driver was very kind, polite and friendly.

This is my first time using your company for my parking needs while I traveled. I had the most amazing experience the ability to make a reservation ahead of , the option of covered versus uncovered, cars not stacked up on each each other, the Shuttle picking you up at your car, dropping you off at the door of the airport and bringing you back to the door of your car. This service is unmatched. I’ll certainly be back.
