Friendly, clean, good modern equipment and Chickahominy Y has a wonderful lap pool. Lots of classes to choose from.

Love the classes IF I can get in them. We are over-capacity at this facility with aqua classes. We definitely need a new YMCA in New Kent where much of the growth is coming from. Sometimes we have to go without or drive some distance to another Y to get into an aqua class. No other Y even requires an advance signup. Is there a possibility of offering afternoon or evening classes to provide more options?

I have tried a lot of commercial gyms the past year to find the best one for me. This YMCA is the most comfortable gym I’ve ever been in. The staff, the customers, and equipment are perfect!
