It’s easy for a company to look good when everything goes perfectly. What truly shows a business's character and integrity is how it responds when something goes wrong. During work on our home, some unintentional damage occurred. What impressed us most was that the Childers Brothers immediately stepped up, took responsibility, and covered the repair costs. They stood behind their word without excuses or hesitation. That level of accountability is rare today. It showed genuine care for their customers, honesty in their business practices, and a commitment to doing the right thing. Anyone can promise good service, but companies with true character and integrity prove it through their actions. The work on our home was well done, and the work crew maintained respect, integrity, and professionalism throughout the process. We deeply appreciate the professionalism, responsibility, and quality of work that Childers Brothers demonstrated to our family throughout the project. Such a polite and professional crew. Dillon was terrific on the sales presentation. Lukas was terrific and made sure my back door could open when they were done levelling my cabin and made sure I understood what they did and that I was satisfied. We had a great experience with Childers Brothers. We had noticeable cracks and separation in our walls that have worsened over the years. We knew it was time to get it looked at. Our specialist was Dylan McGinty, he didn't just try to sell us on using their product. He explained the process in great detail, and demonstrated the different options available for foundation repair which helped us make an informed decision. Our installation team was incredible. Juan was the lead man, he stayed in constant communication with me. They accidentally broke my outdoor water faucet but had a plumber over within the hour to fix it. When they raised the foundation, the cracks in the walls all came back together and are no longer immediately noticeable. They also cleaned up the work area very well. I highly recommend Childers Brothers!

The guys were quick, professional, and friendly. A crew from Amarillo had to come because the Lubbock crew got hung up on a job. This meant they got a late start at 9:30am. I expected them to take at least til 5pm but they finished at 3. They also found a cracked drain pipe so I was able to get a plumber out that day to look at it. There's no telling how long that pipe had been leaking and how much damage it would have caused in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are a little more expensive than other companies but they are worth everything penny. They use concrete instead of wood. My mother had her house levelled by a cheaper company who used wood and she had to have it done 10 years later. Or rather, my sister had to have it done because she bought my mom's house. She used Childers and has been extremely happy with their work too. They come back out a few months later to make sure the work has held up as expected and there are no other issues. That's a serious plus in my book. I have no regrets hiring them.They also have a payment plan. It is important to take care of this. At some point, a house can become dangerous to live in if not taken care of. It's best to take care of it as soon as possible. I didn't even know levelling a house was a thing until my sister had her's done. I'm glad I did this.

The gentlemen that came to our house were very polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail. The gentlemen that came to our house to do the work were the same way. They did not mind answering all me questions. They got right to the job at hand and finished on time. This is not something you want to do as a homeowner, but if you find yourself in need of leveling your home, I would HIGHLY recommend Childers Brothers!! They are very professional and helpful.
