I love that the staff is very attentive. If there is any issue they try to resolve it right away or as soon as possible. Somethings I feel like they can improve on is after school homework time. My daughter has online homework they don't send paperwork. So if they can allow some of the ones that do have online homework do it online possibly. Also in the infant rooms 1 and 2 there is a constant issue on the infants missing socks. If they are going room to room they need to do better at communicating where the items are or if they are in the other rooms. I have had several incidents where I couldn't find socks or dirty outfits or new/extra outfits is put in other children's bin. I believe if some of these issues are fix the facility will be A+
