Great service! Kyle treated my bike like it was his own, headset maintenance done well and quickly. shifting is perfect again after bending the derailleur hanger.

Rachel helped me with my order and was the best. I emailed asking about a shirt my husband loves that was ruined in the wash. We’re in the north east, so I couldn’t just drive over and replace it. I didn’t see it on the website and panicked. Rachel was able to send me pictures of what was in the shop and find me a very close replacement! The whole situation was solved in minutes via email. The quality of the shirt is fantastic, and I know my husband had an equally great experience at the shop when he was there for a trip. Will be purchasing more soon once merchandise is updated online!
