We were given great counsel and the property sold quickly and for more than the asking price. I had no idea how much to ask but Will Rich (our direct realtor) and the team were able to set the right price and market the house effectively. Will was always available for calls, texts and emails and communicated clearly throughout the process. This was our 4th real estate transaction with the Chip Hodgkins Team and all have been outstanding. I always recommend Chip's team when a friend is looking at real estate. My usual advise - "Do you want to sell the house or don't you?'

William Rich was my realtor. William was very professional, and has mega knowledge about his profession. There were so many times that I was worried that my property wouldn't sell, and Will assured me that things will work out, and explained to me things that I wasn't aware of. Will also was able to get a sale of $15,000. more money than I had asked for. Will is so good at his job. Working with Will was reassuring, and I can't say enough good about this guy. He presented himself well and from talking with him I learned just how experienced he was about this business. I would not hesitate to give his name to other friends. Hunt real-estate is a very professional service, and I absolutely appreciate what this organization has done to sell my property.

Susan Potter was excellent. I called your office - she answered the phone - came out to my property the next day. Very soon thereafter, she came out with the photo team (Monday), the listing went online Tuesday, open house that Thursday evening, two offers on Friday, and a full price offer accepted on Saturday! She saw the unique value of the property - on a lake with 5mph speed limit - along with it's other charms and highlighted that in the listing. One suggestion is to be more clear up front about the real estate fees. Explain that if the buyer isn't represented, the seller is still expected to pay the buyer's 3%, the seller's 3% and whatever that additional 1% represents. I was expecting a 3% commission (seller's) and was very unpleasantly surprised to learn it was really 7%. Susan was gracious and worked with me on this and we agreed to a 5% total but it would've been so much better if I had understood that up front. Remember that although real estate is your world, it's murky to many sellers. All in all, a very good experience. I also was very pleased with Joe Gorgoni Law Offices that Susan recommended. They were great. Thank you!

Our realtor (Will) really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We were coming from out of state and so it was very important for our realtor to be able to set up meetings quickly so that we could arrange our schedules to see the properties. Will was very on top of this. The property that we ended up buying was only on the market a day before we got it under contract. Will was able to take us on a virtual tour which confirmed that this was the house for us! He also helped seal the deal with the sellers through skillful negotiation.
