Chris is an expert in the real estate market. He was able to navigate the home buying process in an extremely difficult market. He took the time to understand my needs and budget. His acumen in not only the geographic areas but also the homes (construction pitfalls etc). Chris followed through on his promises, was never late to a showing and completed the home buying process from start to close.
