Always great! They stick both to the repair schedule and the original cost estimates. They provide frequent updates, and offer clear explanations if things aren't going as planned. One thing the Alpharetta GA site could benefit from is having a secure,well lit area to keep customers cars in overnight. The tires / wheels on my car cost $750 each. I'd hate to see them stolen while sitting overnight at Christian Brothers.
WOW! What an amazing first experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. It started with my initial research in which I saw nothing but rave reviews about them online. As with many online reviews, we are conditioned to see it for ourselves so I went forward with an open mind. I placed a call to CBA to set up an appointment and was greeted with a friendly voice who politely walked me through the scheduling process...step #1 complete and already feeling good. When I arrived for my appointment I was very impressed by the super clean, organized and professional looking shop. Entering the guest service area, again I was impressed by the clean, comfortable and inviting waiting area, which was more like a living room, and was greeted by a sales associate who was wearing a CBA shirt and looked extremely professional and ready to serve. My associate Tony was amazing and walked me through the check-in process followed by a walk through of my vehicle. I felt very comfortable with his understanding of what I needed to have done. As I pulled out of the parking lot things all took a turn...in an unbelievable way! I began to receive text messages from CBA, which is so cool, letting me know that my vehicle was checked in and they would be back to me with an estimate as soon as they could. As the morning moved on, I would receive this detailed feedback from the system at each step in the process...this is A+ communication and is unrivaled at any repair shop, or dealership, I have ever worked with in the past. Now the really cool part...when they initial inspection was complete I received a text message and email containing a link to a web portal showing me exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I did I know? Easy, they included actual pictures of my exact vehicle with detailed notes on what they were observing. To accompany this was a document with the exact cost of the repair for my review and approval. This is top notch communication and transparency and allowed me to fully understand my vehicles issue, the way they planned to fix it, and the cost to do so. I had the choice to move forward or not...nothing was done without my blessing. So the work was complete and again I was notified that it was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival I was again greeted in a friendly, professional way, and was walked through the repairs in detail. Tony helped me plan out some future maintenance and gave me upfront pricing so I can plan/budget the work in the coming months. The summary conclusion is simple...CBA lives up to the online review hype! They are a class act, top quality repair shop, utilizing some really forward thinking communication technology to keep the customer first! I have already told all my friends and co-workers this story and will be back whenever my vehicles need anything done. Thanks CBA for rising to the top in what can be a very swampy, and deceitful industry!
All the work completed by Tony and the team has always been top-notch. The issues have been diagnosed and repaired successfully, with the greatest attention to detail. I really like the text update system, which keeps me up to date on the status of a repair. Everyone is very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
Having my car serviced by Christian Brothers is easy, painless, and competitively priced. I leave with the peace of mind that I can safely drive our one and only child around without a second thought, which is especially important during summer road trip season. They've helped us with all sorts of repairs and maintenance, on three different vehicles. The entire Christian Brothers team is friendly, courteous, helpful, and fair. I could not more highly recommend them!
Tony did a great job keeping the line of communication open about the status of my vehicle. I had a very good technician to maintain my vehicles out in the West. But I was not sure how it would pan out in the South East. I am glad coming across CB auto (AAA site) because it reminded me of my previous tech's shop and standards. The work was done to my satisfaction. The vehicle runs great. Hope we can maintain a great service relationship in to the future.
Chose to use Christian Brothers instead of dealing with Ford transmission rebate. I know it did not make financial sense but it was worth the ease and stress of dealing with the Ford dealership in Alpharetta. Their customer service and communication was excellent
