Absolutely the best automotive repair experience I've had, ever! I travel extensively and own multiple vehicles and have to use shops in multiple states. Boy did I get lucky that this company is in my home town! They were the sweetest and most respectful gentlemen, listening to me and taking my information and concerns about the car seriously, most mechanics will not listen to a woman about cars. My Lincoln LS was inexplicably overheating, I had dumped thousands at other shops and NO ONE could find out why, except Christian Brothers! In two days they had diagnosed the problem, ordered and recieved the part, established a protocol, and even better yet, had a text messaging service to inform me of every single move they made! Nothing was done to the car that I did not authorize. The quote they gave me never changed, the price, labor and parts were very fair. Three days to fix this luxury vehicle is miraculous! They gave me a ride home from dropping the car off and picking it up, free of charge. They show you the defective part and explain the entire process. Not only was all of this charming and refreshing (Gene Messer was a NIGHTMARE) when I came to pick up the car, it was running at the door for me, with a fresh flower on the dash! I will be taking ALL of my vehicles from now on! Great Christian example, fair, excellent service and they go above and beyond.
I have grown to like and to trust the Christian Brothers organization. They are pleasant people who do good work and do it with a smile on their faces. I also like the Christian principles which are obviously a part of the company philosophy. I'll be back.
Brian at Christian Brothers Amarillo was absolutely wonderful!! My daughter and I were travelling from So Cal to Kentucky for school. We had car issues, called AAA, they recommended Christian Brothers (we don't have this business in CA) - and I was so grateful for their assistance. Honesty/Integrity. First Class Customer Service. Taking time to explain to customers what repairs were done , why it was done including showing to customers the parts that were repaired and replaced. The office,waiting lounge and restrooms are neat and clean. Among the reading materials in the lounge are bibles.
To out of town customers, they try to help find accomodations while the vehicle is being repaired. The shop has courtesy shuttle service too. Progress on the work being done is text messaged to the customer if they are not in the shop. Specials and discounts are offered to loyal customers and AAA members.
Management really lives up to their name: CHRISTIAN Brothers Automotive.
I loved the Christian music playing while I waited. The waiting room did not feel like an automotive place, and the scent of your plug in air freshener was nice. It is the little things that matter! They were quick and efficient as well! Great service!
