Y'all are very quick to speak to me and help identify my vehicle issue. The shop manager walked out with me to smell the problem where all new brake parts had been installed. He was very accurate in his diagnostic evaluation. I really appreciated the text I received giving me the hot items description that need attention. The customer courtesy ride home was another fantastic example of customer care. A few days after I had driven my vehicle I received a courtesy call to inquire if my vehicle was meeting my driving expectations. I have to admit. That was a special surprise I never expected.
Another thing I noticed was a conversation your people had with a return customer. This lady had just given birth not long ago. She was proud to show pictures of her newborn. She was unpleasantly surprised with the expensive vehicle repairs. The CBA customer care was careful to explain the reasons for the repairs. I felt like CBA did an outstanding job conversing with her. I was delighted to know CBA would do take the best of this special customer. Thanks for this demonstration of great customer service.
