Carlos was great. I kept calling him back & he never showed any anger. The facility is clean. The gentleman that drive the courtesy car was also very nice. My car is a 2013 but drives like a brand new one.

Everybody is so nice and friendly and I trust their work. Also, they will give me a ride home if I need it.

They tried to make their mistakes right. They still didn't fix the tire pressures after the rotation. I wound up having to go to Discount Tire to get that fixed. But they did refill the transmission fluid that leaked out due to a loose hose connection after the drain, flush and fill they had performed.

I was so pleased with how quickly Kevin could get me in to check my air conditioner. When I picked up my vehicle I was not only not charged for the check and to top of the coolant but the techs also filled all of my tires and reset the sensor that had a low air alert. I 100% recommend that everyone take their vehicle to Christian Brothers.

The entire process was an extremely well planned. Absolutely a good experience with an automobile service center can recommend this service center and the staff to anyone that needs work on their vehicles. The two people in front of customers treat every call or person as a close friend. I will be using them for issues on my vehicles from now on.
