Good information about any needed work, photographs, etc. Nice and very informative video presentation about needed work and/or the work that was done. I liked the way our needs were prioritized as to what was needed now and what could wait, etc. On our particular situation you were able to get us in right away which was very important to us at the time. As you build your customer base waittimes probably will be longer, however. We also noted that Consumer Reports Magazine had CBA listed fairly high.

Air Colorado didn’t pass my car’s emissions test due to my OBD not communicating. When dropping off my car at Christian Brothers I was told the diagnostic test would be close to $200. When I got a call back, I was told my OBD was working perfectly and they would be waiving the diagnostic fee. They also did a full inspection on my car with pictures to prove everything. I feel confident knowing my car is perfect now. Their honesty alone would have gotten my business again, however I’m telling everyone how I could have been taken advantage of, but wasn’t. Thank you Christian Brothers. You have made me a customer for life.
The staff is always friendly and does a great job explaining what needs to be done and why. There was a small hiccup during my last visit with the oil cap not be tightened all the way and oil getting all over the engine. Multiple team members contacted me to apologize and made sure it was taken care of asap. These things happen and I wasn't super upset or angry about it, but from offering me a tow if needed to wanting to drop my car off at my house, everyone went out of their way to show how sorry they were it happened and how much they cared that I was 100% satisfied.
