Honesty - when I brought my daughters car in, you were honest enough to say that there is so many problems with it, it is not worth trying to fix it. You also indicated that we still had brake pad life left and the rotors were not in bad shape. Another shop we took it to indicated the brake pads were shot and the rotors were in bad shape, but they were happy to repair any issues we wanted to fix.

Our SUV that my wife uses for work suddenly wouldn't start just two days before a major project. I contacted CBA-Arapahoe to see if they could squeeze it in to their schedule. They recommended a tow company that was excellent and picked it up late in the day. CBA took it in the next morning and had it running (bad starter) by the middle of the next day! Everyone was helpful and pleasant to deal with, and they kept me informed about the work progress on the vehicle via texts. Thanks to John and the rest we were able to get to work on our project!

I took my car in because it was running rough and I thought that there was something very wrong with the engine. Everyone was friendly and positive and made me feel that they were interested and listening to all of my concerns. The mechanic took one look at it and knew that it just needed a new motor mount!!! I was so relieved and glad that it was just that easy. I think if I went anywhere else that it could have cost me a lot more. My car runs very smooth now!!! I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism of all the staff and I even got a ride to my home several miles away. So if you have a problem with your car and not sure what it is, than this is the place to go and they will give you an honest professional opinion!
