The personal touch. From the first phone call with the secretary to the service writer to the mechanic very personal just like we where old friends. Anybody can read a diagnostic and throw on parts. Your people made me feel a part of the process.

Jim is a soft spoken, kind gentleman who makes you feel at ease at a time when your brain says "Anxiety" . They were able to get me in right away when the shop was closing in an hour. The couches in the waiting area are very comfortable. I like that shuttle that can take you to and from work. It’s very convenient.
Went to a dealership to get our new used vehicle checked out only to walk out with a list of needed repairs being over $2500 which included brakes. Went to Christian Brothers for a second opinion. They said we didn't need brakes yet but maybe in 10k miles. I felt like they were honest and upfront even though they weren't making any money from us THAT day. We will go back when it's time for new brakes that's for sure!
