My truck needed a lot of work: New tire rods, shocks, ball joints, wheel bearings, spark plugs, & coil pack. It was in a bad and dangerous state. The guys at the shop fixed it up and Paul, as my service writer, was great to work with. As well they helped me out as much as they could with paying for it.
Great guys who do a great job!

Good communication. Although the part for my car was not immediately available, Christian Brothers was very good at keeping me informed of progress, and I never felt that my job was put on the "back burner". The repair was completed sooner than expected, and the final cost was less than the original quote. This is my 4th or 5th repair with them, and I trust Christian Brothers Automotive to be fair.

I have had some bad experiences with Automotive shops but at Christian Brothers I felt they cared about my car and were only after the best service to ensure it runs as long as it possibly can! They were very clear about what they were going to do and how much that would cost. When other costs started coming up they notified me right away. They spared no expense in providing the best quality and recommendations. 1000% will only be going here for my auto needs and I have already told multiple people about the amazing service I got here!!! 10/10 will be back!

The Christian Brother team always does an amazing job. I went recently for pretty routine but major service work - new shocks & struts, oil change, etc. I let them know that I was having some issues with the wiring harness and was told by the dealership that the part was obsolete. They said they would look at it and let me know. They ended up finding a new harness and were able to get it installed the same day.
Christian Brothers has become my go to for service. Thanks!!

The customer service was terrific! Everyone there was polite and respectful! The employees seemed to be a team and really support one another. I did receive difficult news about the repairs I needed, but Jeff explained it to me in a way I understood and answered all my questions. He was sympathetic and kind with respect of my situation. The technician’s inspection was very thorough and the report was detailed and had pictures too. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and had WiFi and coffee and snacks for the customers! As soon as I am able, I will be completing my repairs at Christian Brothers. They certainly earned my patronage!

Had the best experience at this shop since the moment I walked in. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. I had to replace my rotors and breaks. They showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and educated me on what it looked like. 10/10 the only shop I’ll be going to for all my car needs moving forward.
