Impressive customer care.
I showed up around 10 am on a busy Monday morning. CB immediately shuttled me and my infant home (a 30-minute drive). They diagnosed and solved my problem, including getting the part (a new starter) by 4:30 pm, came to pick me up, and had me back on the road shortly after 5 pm.
During this whole process, they treated me with the utmost respect. Chris skillfully transferred the baby's car seat in and out of my vehicle and their shuttle car. As a 1-car family, this vehicle is both our personal and work transportation. Client appointments made having it up and running critical for the week's commitments. CB enabled us to keep every single one without missing a beat. We are so grateful!
They did exactly what they said they would do which doesn't sound like much, but it is huge! It was very busy on the day I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change, but they stayed on schedule and my wait time was amazingly short. They are always so kind and polite and able to answer any questions I have. What used to be a stressful chore is now a pleasant errand!
Things did not go well with my 2000 Dodge Durango. What I really liked is how they handled adversity. It is really easy to be pleasant when everything goes right. They were able to be pleasant when everything went wrong. They admitted when the process broke down and even comped me labor on additional work that was needed. I was very impressed with how they handled a very difficult situation.
Excellent up front service and mechanical service. Kudos to Justin and Chris for answering my questions and phone calls. Kudos to the personnel behind the scenes doing the labor. Exceptional professionalism. Carry on Christian Brothers with your work!
We have used Christian Brothers on 3 or 4 occasions and would not
consider using any other shop for our vehicles maintenance!

Customer Service is always great. Do wish I had a little more feedback and kept up to date about the progress of the vehicle. Had to call a few times to find out what was happening and the progress on the car. Also, I had two issues being addressed and they called after assessing the first one and had to call again after assessing the second would like to suggest you look at everything first before calling to give an estimate.
