I had received reminders prior to my appointment and that was much appreciated. It was a quick exchange with the professional and friendly staff upon dropping off my vehicle. However, when I came to pickup my vehicle, after receiving a text notification, I realized I didn't have my credit card on me. I asked if I could input my credit card number instead as I have it memorized, but the person manning the transaction was bit gruff with it and I felt rushed in completing my payment. It was a minor thing, but worth mentioning anyway.
