Today my 2016 Golf decided not to start call them (Cristian Bros-Fairfield?) if how they charge for callout to jump start the car but instead Nick came over to start it for free...yes you got it right "Free" so drop off my son for his Summer Camp then drive to the Shop for new Battery they even done a Free Diagnostic wow! two Freebies for one is just impossible this days....Big Thanks to Jeremy, Nick, Mike and everybody and see you again very soon.
They immediately offered to inspect my car, offered us something to drink, and came in and explained why it was taking longer than expected because of an equipment/computer problem. It was a great experience with excellent customer service.
The most personable, kind, generous, hospitable people in the automotive industry that I've ever met. The difference in this company's character and integrity completely stands out and you represent and honor Christian values well as you serve the community outside of a church setting.
Mike and the shop mechanic did a good job. I had put off quite a bit of maintenance and all of it was taken care of in one day. The car runs much better and more smoothly.
The waiting room is clean and nice. Coffee is good. Employees are friendly and showed me how they get track of recommended maintenance. I am pretty good at keeping track of this myself but the additional information they provide is good and appreciated.
Although I did not need them to take me home after dropping off my car, they offered and also offered to pick me up. I did not need this service that day, but it is good to know that is available when I do need it.
It is truly a neighborhood auto care center.
I plan to return for future service.
