Very friendly and honest! The snacks and water were much appreciated while waiting in the comfortable lobby. Also, they give suggestions for any additional work that your vehicle may need and prioritize the urgency. They take clear photos of your vehicle and show and explain to you what needs fixing. Best of all, they never ever pressure you about getting the additional services done. They understand that people can only afford a limited amount at one time.

Samely satisfied with my experience with Christian Brothers Automotive! I was ready to schedule services with another automotive shop when I pulled into QT and saw the Christian Brothers sign and decided to give them a call. During my initial conversation with one of the technicians, it was clear that they were not just out to make a quick buck, but rather to ensure that I was given the best service and most accurate information about my cars needs and that, coupled with the fact that their pricing was comparable with other quotes I had received in addition to a coupon that would make my cost lower than their competition, I decided to schedule with Christian brothers. When I came in to pick up my vehicle I realized that the service I had received was different from the one that I had initially scheduled and was slightly concerned. When I addressed it with the technician they were very professional. They brought a few of the technicians included a manager out to discuss with me and explains that the reason that they changed the the type of oil change service was because of the type of vehicle and a mileage and although I believed that the service I had scheduled was the type of oil that I needed to explain why what they actually did was preferable and I left feeling as though I had been saved from a higher cost and a potentially damaging situation to my vehicle. I will definitely be back to Christian Brothers in the future for my car maintenance needs! Thank you Christian Brothers for being ethical and kind and fair!
