I thought the customer service was really nice. They explained everything well and easy to understand. I like the digital report they send and their free shuttle.
My wife took her car in for the first time instead of me. She was treated with respect. While the appointment ran a bit late, they acknowledged that and tried to get her out as timely as possible. Service check was good and recommendations were bad but not in a pushy manner. For her, not being used to that environment, it was a good experience.
Competent, professional, friendly service with the most competitive prices we have found and thorough explanations of needed and future services to help the customer fully understand any needed repairs and plan for future needs.
Everyone was nice and professional. Loved the shuttle and drivers as well. Appreciated all the text support.
The only downside was I spent $350 and I’m still having issues with the A/C ……..boo boo!9
Great service advisors very friendly knowable took the time to explain the details of what was needed for my car they seem hoard not looking to upscale anything which you don’t see anymore I will definitely bring my car back when I need it serviced and recommend others to check them out if your car needs service
