The salesman, Kyle. He was amazing and very knowledgeable. Spent time explaining what caused the issue with our van. Brought out the part that created the issue (the part was clean and non-greasy) and showed us the wear created. We were very impressed.
My experience at the Flower Mound Store was great! I entered the store a little overwhelmed because I know nothing about cars, therefore I was not going to be able to fully understand the diagnose of my car. The staff first of all, made me feel so welcomed and calmed. Then he explained everything patiently and with a different point of view, and I was able to understand everything!!
Honest personal service! Kyle and his crew are so comprehensive with excellent follow up. I discovered another Christian bros much closer to my house-but these guys st the one on Justin road are so good that I just make the drive.
