This was my first time to use Christian Brothers automotive service. It will not be my last. I was impressed by the professionalism of the office personnel in particular John as the Service Advisor. Additionally, Sean, and my service tech, did a great job in giving my truck a total review of all maintenance required to keep my truck in good shape maintenance wise. Just a great team effort all around to ensure I as a customer was happy with both service performed and customer care.

The friendliness and quickness of their operation. You make an appointment and it’s always followed. I started going to them when I lived in Virginia and was so happy to see them here. I’ve already sent my family to them for their car needs and they were totally impressed, as well. They made an error on paperwork for my inspection and were super apologetic and came for my car to make it right. All was good within 45 minutes of my call to report the error.
