This was my first time using Christian Brothers Automotive and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The service provided is TopTier . The customer service team is awesome. The service team provides you will a full detailed list of service options and asked before making any repairs for authorization. The complimentary drop off and pick service was also available and a pleasant experience. Thank you for making my customer service experience more pleasant than I expected

They were professional but friendly. I first complained about the cost to diagnose my vehicle. But Marco explained that reason why. His explanation made perfect sense to me. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle explained every aspect of the work he was performing. I greatly appreciated it. Plus they are trustworthy and they have the best warranty in town. I’m completely confident in the work that they performed. I will and have to recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are a good solid company!
