It sounds simple. But the guys here are always so kind. As a woman, I've experienced some creepy treatment from mechanics. Christian Brothers is so respectful! They call me by name and remember my name between visits. They aren't the cheapest mechanic but the customer service makes it worth the extra money to me. Also love the new text system where I can see the prices of everything and ranking of most important to least.
My experience was a very pleasant one. Carl answered my questions very thoroughly and thoughtfully. I loved the texts that I received with pictures and a detailed report of my car that provided the evidence to the problems they found. I appreciated the time they took to bring me to my car and show me personally what they had found. I felt they were honest in telling me what items needed to be addressed right away and which ones could wait. When I learned that I would have to leave my car there all day, I was offered a shuttle Service to leave and then bring me back when my car was finished. I have been to four other mechanics in the Greenville area and Christian brothers provided the best and most professional experience I’ve had by far.
It's a friendly atmosphere.....they take into consideration your knowledge about your vehicle and take pride and ownership in their repairs. I would reccomend to anyone looking for an honest and reliable shop.
The CBA employees and owner are not only very knowledgeable about automobile repair but they are kind, courteous, and can be trusted. They make a normally tense time ( car repair) much more comfortable.
From the moment you step in the door I felt glad to be there. Clean atmosphere, friendly service, and you know the work they do is guaranteed. They were on time for my appointment, and had me out the door in time to make my next appointment. I couldn’t be more pleased.
I liked everything about your service. You have raised the bar in quality service in the automotive repair/maintenance business. The customer service reps are courteous and very knowledgeable. They apparently communicate well and somewhat thoroughly with the service technician in order to tell me what’s going on with my car and what’s required to fix it. I like the program you’re using to digitally communicate the immediate repair needs and photos as well as the heads-up for the future maintenance needs for my car. I also really appreciate the general top and bottom view, 36 point inspection and report on other areas of my car. I like your 24 month repair warranty and the shuttle service if I need it.
