Chance was great, explained everything and was honest about what was imminent and what could wait, even had the car delivered to my house because I was at home alone with 2 sick kids. Amazing service every step of he way, thank you!
First of all, they are the nicest shop I've been to ever. Secondly, they follow through on commitments, whatever the cost is to them.
They had an opportunity to pass on to me a mistake one of their mechanics made, but didn't. No argument or passing the buck, they did the right thing.
There is a reason their parking lot is always full.
I brought in my 2001 Nissan Sentra recently and Joe put me at ease immediately with his professionalism, honesty, kindness and understanding. I knew there were probably many issues with the car and Joe and his staff were very upfront with me in explaining what was needed to get the car in good running condition for my daughter. The timely updates and his patience with explaining each repair was very refreshing. Although the price was more than I wanted to pay at once, his team worked with me on a plan to get the bill paid without breaking my piggy bank :)
I would recommend this place to ANYONE and I plan to bring my other vehicle in for service in he near future..
If you are looking for a great place to get your baby with 4 wheels tended to, Christian Brothers is the place to be
Friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The cost of services was competitive and I felt like everyone was honest and sincere. Time will tell about the quality of the parts and repair, but so far, so good!
My vehicle had a most difficult problem that kept recurring. Pete and his crew stuck with it, even through the frustration to locate the real issue. I could ask for a better group of repair consultants!!
I think this to be an important response I hope others will note. Initially, my score for my repair was a low one. As a Christian and a Bible teacher for 4 decades, I am well aware that there are times Satan throws us curveballs. Suddenly, every door seems closed, and the roof of our house falls on yur mother-in-laws. It wasn't that my repair wasn't done well, but because some other unexpected stuff that the curveballs above referred to. For a Christian, and in this case, for a Christian business, it is essential that the business respond as my license plate suggests.
7WWJD7. What Would Jesus Do? Christian Brothers sent me an immediate e-mail, and the tenor of the e-mail was one God would smile at. I stopped in today to speak with Pete and Joe, cleared things up, and asked as I left if I could have a Do Over. This is it. If you are looking for Christian automotive repair, the real kind, not the ones with a Christian fish on their business card, but dollar signs in their eyes, you can safely trust your car to CBA Highlands Ranch.
