They really live up to the word Christian. They are good listeners, kind, and careful about their work. I trust them and I also like the very clean premises. Skip Coulter
Good service; professional and good communication. Particularly like their Shuttle Service; and Henry, their Driver, was a delightful Gentleman - we chatted the entire way!!!
I witnessed the very kind and patient treatment of a customer ahead of me who had many questions about the repairs required on his vehicle. I then experienced the same friendly courtesy myself.
Christian Brothers’ quoted me a very reasonable price to repair my vehicle. Everyone dealt was very friendly and accommodating. They did not try to up charge me on unnecessary maintenance. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an automotive repair shop you can trust.
Very knowledgeable and followed up like they said they would. The reason I took my car there is really a funny story. The glove compartment on my car all of a sudden would not stay closed. When I called Hoover Toyota, I was told I would be charged $ 140 to check it out. So I stopped by Christian to see what they would tell me. One of their servicemen not only checked it over… but fixed it … no charge. This made me want to use them again.
Phenomenal customer service—-extremely informative, considerate and respectful. Auto service was through and fast. I was informed about what is urgent and what was suggested so that I can make choices. Throughly impressed.
You were courteous, friendly and honest.
You took the time to look into the noise from my Mercedes.
You did not charge me unnecessarily .
My son is going to use you from now on.
The associates are very friendly and truly eager to Get you serviced as quick as possible. I came in to get an all-wheel alignment just as the technician was going to lunch. They offered to delay their lunch to do my alignment ( I was late for my Appt.), which is wonderful customer service, but I believe employees shouldn’t have to skip, delay, or cut their lunch short when they have regularly scheduled lunch times. I work with the public in Customer service also, and believe that whatever can’t be accomplished before lunch, can be finished after.
