The associates are very friendly and truly eager to Get you serviced as quick as possible. I came in to get an all-wheel alignment just as the technician was going to lunch. They offered to delay their lunch to do my alignment ( I was late for my Appt.), which is wonderful customer service, but I believe employees shouldn’t have to skip, delay, or cut their lunch short when they have regularly scheduled lunch times. I work with the public in Customer service also, and believe that whatever can’t be accomplished before lunch, can be finished after.
Dave and his staff were honest compared to other companies that offer services that are not needed. Would definitely return and tell others about my experience.
They are very friendly and professional at the same time. I felt they were very honest with all the people I seen come in. The atmosphere was great and peaceful. The shop was very clean as well!!!
