Christian brothers automotive greeted me with a huge smile every time I walked in happy to help me out with the problems my vehicle was having. Definitely earned a customer for life. I recently visited Christian Brothers Automotive for an oil change, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
Fast, extremely courteous,, explained everything in detail. Only, ONE, thing was missed, during the coutesy inspection, thing...windshield wiper fluid wasn't topped off, as it rained the next day, and when used initiated it and during it, got a "low" wiper fluid message. Bummer. Also, so glad, I know my LR4, was told, the tech wasn't able to get my check engine light to reset. I came in for an oil change...The check light will automatically go off after driving. Just an FYI...as your service guy quoted me a 200+ quote to have it diagnosed when such wasn't necessary. It comes on when LR4 requires its normal mileage check or an oil change.
They are a well oiled machine. They have a customer shuttle, coffee and water while you wait, and they do not judge you on the condition of your vehicle. They’re just professional.
The promptness in service and keeping me informed of what was going on with my vehicle, and most of all, when a repair to my vehicle was still not working up to par, CBA stepped up and made it right with no further cost to me.
These things mattered to me, it's all apart of great customer service!
