From scheduling, to pricing, to the workmanship and standards of delivery, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall process at this location. The valet service was an added bonus; I didn't know that was an option until now! Mina (spelling?) was a great driver and conversationalist!

The way you treated me when I was there. Courtesy goes a long way. I really appreciate you checking out my truck and telling me what the issue was and if it could be fixed or not. I have taken it to others and they didn’t fine anything wrong and charged me for looking at my truck. Another thing that I liked was the warranty that you place on you work, I am 67 years young and no one else has this without a charge. Please keep up the GREAT things that you are doing!

Excellent customer service, the courtesy shuttle vehicle was extremely convenient. Work was completed the same day, early enough in the afternoon so that my entire day was not held up in lingo over a vehicle repair. Cost of repair was right on par with what to expect. Mostly, I was not pressured into “additional” repairs. I have definitely found my auto repair shop if ever needed.

I brought my car in when the check engine came on and my car was having issues running. I got to the location just a few minutes before closing with my children in tow. My husband was still 30 minutes away coming from work to pick us up. The staff was so kind and let my children and I wait in the air conditioning instead of sitting outside in the heat to wait. Our service tech; John, was very informative and kind and answered ever question we had. We never felt any pressure to fix things that we couldn't afford at the time. This was our first time ever going to a Christian Brothers establishment and we will be a returning customer.

I trust their judgment and recommendations. Had a tensioner and idler pulley replaced under a fairly new serpentine belt, asked them to check if we could keep the same belt. They found signs of burnishing wear so recommended replacing again, and I have complete confidence that it was the best choice. They even packed the old belt up and left it for me in the truck, nice touch. Great service. But it is their honesty and transparency that keep me coming back!
