Andrew was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, friendly and thorough! Also, everyone who answered the phone was courteous and upbeat! When I walked in the door, the entire staff greeted me with a smile and this is not very common these days. You can always tell a good leader by the way the staff acts.

This was my second visit and again I’m impressed by how this facility is run. As soon as I walk in I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and if I have to wait, then I’m waiting (not for long) in a cozy and comfortable seating area that’s clean and even aesthetically pleasing. Bathroom is always clean too which I appreciate. Andrew was very thorough in checking all the issues with my car where he let me know about some issues I could run into in the future which I was not aware of before and I definitely like to be prepared! He worked with me to set up a payment plan to take care of the more emergency needs and saved all the whole analysis of my car in their system so I can come back and work on some of the other things later. He was very patient with me in answering all my questions and concerns. Jonathan is always pleasant too if I need to be dropped home or picked up (which is close by) by their complementary shuttle service. Every single staff member is so nice, I always have a great experience every time. Thank you guys for all you do and for being the genuine, good-hearted people you are!
